SHIPPING POLICY

Please ensure that you include both your contact phone number and email address when placing orders, so we can let you know when your order is being shipped.

Orders placed before 1pm Monday- Friday* will aim be dispatched on the same day.

UK Orders: All UK orders are shipped with DHL Express and are usually delivered between 1-2 working days.

International Orders: All International orders are shipping using DHL International and will aim to be delivered within a week. Additional import and customs fees may apply.

*Please note this does not include any public or bank holidays.

RETURNS POLICY

MAKING RETURNS

If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple returns policy.

All items must be returned within 14 days of receipt of your order and must be returned new, unused and in the original packaging with all tags and labels attached. Please allow 7 working days for all refunds to be processed from the date our warehouse receives your return. Please only contact Customer Service with any queries after this timeframe has passed.

To request a return please email online@groes.com with your order number and reason for returns, someone will then get back to you confirming the return address.

A confirmation email will be sent to the account holder once the refund is processed.

RETURNS SERVICE

1. The number of returns per customer, email and shipping address is tracked and, in the event of high repeated returns Groes reserves the right to mark or close your account and refuse future orders. 

2. Groes is unable to cover the cost of returns. We suggest goods be sent back to us using a registered/trackable service, as we cannot be held responsible for goods which are lost or damaged in transit. Please note, we do not refund shipping costs/duties and taxes incurred, nor do we cover the charge for parcels being sent back to us, with the exception of goods that are faulty. All exchanges are delivered free of charge.
